Cancellation...
In the event of cancellation, you must contact the practitioner directly via phone or e-mail 24 hours in advance. If appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged.
1st occurrence=50% of the sessions fee.
2nd occurrence=75% of the sessions fee.
Subsequent occurrences=100% of the sessions fee.
