The word Reiki (ray-key), describes the universal life-giving force in which all beings participate.  Reiki is a natural form of healing which employs a gentle laying-on-of hands to help restore balance and harmony at the physical, emotional and spiritual levels;  supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself; and fosters mental and spiritual well-being.  Client's remain fully clothed for sessions.

This traditional massage employs long strokes that increases circulation and stretches the ligaments and tendons keeping them supple and pliable. Swedish Massage also stimulates the skin and nervous system at the same time. It reduces stress, both emotional and physical, and is suggested in a regular program for stress management.  Marcy also incorporates acupressure in her massage.

Marcy is a graduate of Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork in Grafton, Wisconsin, and holds a BS in Medical Technology from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh.  Marcy has three children and her interests include Yoga and Meditation.  She is a member of the AMTA – American Massage Therapy Association and is a Certified Massage Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
